Mobiles On Which WhatsApp Stops Working This Monday

Some mobile devices will not be able to use WhatsApp as of today, Monday, November 1, as announced last September . The app explained that its new update will not be available for some old Android and iOS operating systems.

This problem is not a problem for devices using an Android system after version 4.0.4. In other words, devices with an operating system equal to or lower than that version will not be able to continue using the most famous instant messaging app in the world as of today.

The list of affected Android smartphones is as follows:

Samsung Galaxy Trend Lite, Galaxy Trend II, Galaxy SII, Galaxy S3 mini, Galaxy Xcover 2, Galaxy Core and Galaxy Ace 2.

Huawei Ascend Mate and Ascend D2Alcatel: One Touch Evo 7.

ZTE : Grand S Flex, ZTE V956, Grand X Quad V987 and Grand Memo.

LG Lucid 2, Optimus F7, Optimus F5, Optimus L3 II Dual, Optimus F5, Optimus L5, Optimus L5 II, Optimus L5 Dual, Optimus L3 II, Optimus L7, Optimus L7 II Dual, Optimus L7 II, Optimus F6, Enact, Optimus L4 II Dual, Optimus F3, Optimus L4 II, Optimus L2 II, Optimus Nitro HD and 4X HD and Optimus F3Q.

With respect to Apple customers , the iPhone affected will be those with an operating system with iOS 10 or later versions .

In this way, the owners of an iPhone SE, a 6S, a 6S Plus or a model of previous generations, will not be able to continue enjoying WhatsApp either .

On the other hand, those who have a mobile with a KaiOS 2.5.1 or lower operating system , such as the JioPhone or the JioPhone 2, will also be affected by this WhatsApp decision.
