This is such a great thing to do, and it is particularly special at night when everything is lit up. One of the most magical places you can go for festive fun in December is Covent Garden. The decorations are amazing, the lights are breathtaking, the shops all put in so much effort to make it magical and you will experience some of the country’s best street performers. After a bit of shopping and exploring the market, head out to the West Piazza on the hour and experience the magical snowfall that covers the area! Then, head into one of the bars for a mulled wine or a cosy hot chocolate, or for a meal, as there are so many delicious restaurants all around the area.
