The AA Murakami artist duo installed an interactive exhibit to tackle environmental themes. Dubbed Silent Fall, the installation is multisensory. Visitors can view the artwork at Superblue’s temporary Piccadilly space in London.

The SIlent Fall exhibit is comprised of an entrancing mechanical tree forest. Bubbles are released from the trees, and the forest is packed with scented mist to evoke a foresty feel. The interactive fun encourages visitors to wander throughout while popping bubbles or holding them momentarily wearing special gloves. Some visitors might recognize the installation as an expanded and updated version of New Spring, presented by Studio Swine in 2017. Silent Fall, however, brings together ephemeral technology and scent-making in an interactive experience.
